About me

I am an Associate Professor in SDU Software Engineering with a long-standing connection to the University of Southern Denmark. My background is in software engineering and agent-based systems, with earlier research focusing on coordination, resource allocation, and process performance in complex distributed infrastructures.

More recently, my work has increasingly connected this systems perspective with digital education and AI-supported learning environments. I lead the project “Scalable Exams at SDU for Digital Skills,” which responds to the challenges that generative AI creates for traditional assessment formats. The project develops secure and scalable hands-on exam environments using SDU’s UCloud infrastructure, with the aim of supporting practical assessment of digital skills.
